A Comfortable Chiropractic Office For All Your Wellness Needs
Facility
We moved into our current facility in East Murphy in 2007. We purchased a
brick and stone residence and remodeled it into what we think is a comfortable
office building with a healing atmosphere. We welcome you as if you were
family. Please make yourself comfortable as we do our best to offer you
complete personal health care.
*Per the No Surprises Act:
Patients are entitled to and will receive a good faith estimate of the cost of
their care. In addition, patients are able to request this good faith estimate
at any time.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone. Patient communication is a priority for us and we will return your calls promptly. Walk-in and emergency appointments are often available.
Hours Of Operation - on occasion, our office hours may vary. Please call ahead of time to confirm we are in the office if needed.
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
We appreciate the fact that our posted hours may not coincide with your most convenience appointment times. Very often we are able to accommodate appointments outside of our posted office hours. If necessary, please do not hesitate to ask.
Financial
We will provide you with a detailed superbill. Upon you submitting this to your insurance company, they will have all of the information necessary to process your claim. We request payment at the time of service.
In order to accommodate all patients, we try to keep our fees low and treatments very effective. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or major credit cards. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
Family care is a priority for us. Although we do not have an official "Family Plan", we encourage every parent to introduce their child to the healthful benefits of chiropractic care. Please discuss with us any financial concerns that you may have. It is our goal to make family chiropractic care an affordable expense.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us
with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can
offer this appointment to another patient. A $45.00 fee will be charged if a
patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
